Marine Forecast valid from 27/03/2024 to 28/03/2024

...CARIBBEAN SEA & LOCAL REGION.

The disturbance in the northeastern
Caribbean that supported the weak
wind pattern is slowly leaving the
region. Hence, the wind will slowly
pick up during the next few days.
Otherwise, the lower layers of the
atmosphere remain almost dry. This
will support dry weather. Though,
an increase of moisture will take
place during this forecast period,
making the chances for a passing
to brief shower better as the day
progresses.

Smooth seas are in place on the
protected sites. Slight seas are
noted on the south sides. Slight
to moderate seas are noted over
the east to northwest coastal
waters with seas in the range
of 2 to 4 feet.

A round of north swells will invade
the region by tomorrow into Friday,
making for locally quite rough seas
on the north facing sections.
