SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge across the western Atlantic
will maintain fresh to strong trade winds in the South-Central
Caribbean and the local region through Thursday before increasing
by Thursday night and Friday. A tropical wave is moving in the
Eastern Caribbean and will pass through the local region Westward
during the next 24 hours inducing some widely scattered showers.
Moderate seas, at 4 to 6 ft, are expected with the highest waves
over the exposed East to Northwest coastal regions.
