SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave will move W across Central America
today with fresh to locally strong trades across the Caribbean
E of this wave. A second tropical wave along 67W and will
continue W accompanied TSTMS. A third tropical wave accompanied
by strong TSTMS will pass W through the Windwards today with
strong E trades and building seas spreading W across the
Caribbean E of 73W by sunrise on Thursday. These strong
conditions will shift further W and extend across the
Central Caribbean beginning on Friday and persisting
well into next week.

WEATHER : PARTLY CLOUDY WITH A BRIEF SHOWER POSSIBLE
