The ridge of the strong Atlantic high
pressure system will provide the region
with a fresh to strong wind pattern.
Low level moisture moving in with the
air flow, can induce occasionally
cloudy skies with a brief shower
over parts of the Island. A drying
out of the atmosphere is expected
during the afternoon hours.

Smooth seas are in place on the protected
or sheltered sites. Slight to moderate seas
are noted on the south sides. Moderate to
fairly rough seas are noted on the east,
north to northwest coastal sections.

WINDS : MAINLY EAST AT 17 TO 23 KNOTS
WITH HIGHER GUSTS

MORNING BRIEF SHOWER
