SYNOPSIS...Atlantic Ocean high pressure will maintain
fresh to locally strong trades in the central Caribbean
Sea through most of the forecast period, with highest
seas of 9 ft possible off the northwest coast of Colombia.
Broad low pressure is forecast to develop in the southwest
Caribbean Sea likely on Monday, and move NW over Nicaragua
and Honduras, emerging into the Gulf of Honduras by Thursday.
This could bring an increase in winds and seas over the
western Caribbean toward the middle of the week.
