WESTERN ATLANTIC FROM THE MID ATLC STATES WILL MAINTAIN STRONG NE
WINDS ACROSS THE NW AND N CENTRAL CARIBBEAN THROUGH EARLY ON
SATURDAY. LARGE N SWELL WILL REACH THE TROPICAL N ATLC WATERS
AND NE CARIBBEAN PASSAGES LATE TONIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH
SUNDAY. LOW PRES FORECAST TO DEVELOP N OF HISPANIOLA OVER
THE WEEKEND WILL ALLOW WINDS AND SEAS TO GRADUALLY
SUBSIDE SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
