Marine Forecast valid from 22/05/2026 to 23/05/2026

...CARIBBEAN SEA & LOCAL REGION...

Local forecast:
The ridge of the strong Atlantic high pressure
system will define the regional weather. Breezy
conditions will persist with winds expected to
reach strong to near gale force and on occasion
gale force in gusts. Otherwise, a dry and stable
airmass will limit the development of significant
clouds. Therefore, dry weather conditions will
prevail during this forecast period.

Moreover, a slight to moderate concentration
of Saharan Dust will linger for the next few
days, making for hazy skies.

Smooth to slight seas are noted on the protected
south sections. Slight to moderate seas are noted
on the exposed south sides. Moderate to locally
fairly rough seas are noted over the east to
northwest coastal waters.
