Local forecast:
The Atlantic ridge, anchored by a 1028 mb high pressure located
near 34N36W, reaches the NE Caribbean. The ridge, combined with
the Colombian low, supports fresh to strong easterly trade winds
and moderate seas in the south-central Caribbean.
For the forecast, moderate to fresh E to SE trade winds and
moderate seas will persist across the Caribbean into Sat as the
Atlantic ridge north of the area weakens and shifts eastward.

Some moisture increase may induce a brief
shower in the early morning hours.


Smooth to slight seas are noted on the protected
south sections. Slight to moderate seas are noted
on the exposed south sides. Moderate to locally
quite rough seas are noted over the east to
northwest coastal waters.

WITH HIGHER GUSTS NEAR 27 TO 31 KNOTS

REACHING 7 FEET ON THE NORTH FACING SECTIONS

SMALL CRAFT MUST EXERCISE CAUTION OVER THE
EAST TO NORTHWEST COASTAL SECTIONS.
