SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave extends from 04N45W to 16N44W, moving
W around 20 kt. Gale force winds are expected to continue along
the northern portion of the wave for the next couple of days as
it continues to move W to near 55W on Wed. The wave is expected
to weaken as it enters the eastern Caribbean on Thu. Otherwise,
fresh to strong winds will prevail over the central Caribbean
through midweek.
