Local forecast:
A weak ridge pattern will dominate the
regional weather. However, moisture is
induced in the regional atmosphere by
a low level disturbance. This combined
with the diurnal heating, will allow
some cloud patches to move over the
Island during this forecast period.
A few widely scattered brief showers
could therefore develop during the day.

Smooth to slight seas are noted on the
protected south sections. Slight to
moderate seas are noted on the exposed
south sides. Moderate seas are noted on
the east to northwest coastal sections.

22 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS

BRIEF SHOWER

VISIBILITY: 20 KM IN SLIGHTLY HAZY SKIES;
DROPPING TO BELOW 10 KM IN POSSIBLE SHOWERS
