is inducing widely scattered patches
of low level clouds to move over the
island at times. These can produce
a few local brief showers, mainly
during the morning hours.

Smooth seas are in place on the protected
sites. Slight to moderate seas are noted
on the south sides. Moderate seas are
noted over the east to northwest
coastal waters.
