The ridge of the Atlantic high pressure system is
supplying the region with a moderate to fresh, at
times strong to near gale force wind in gusts.
No significant precipitation is expected due to
shallow moisture in the region. Otherwise, Saharan
Dust, increased in concentration, is producing
hazy conditions across the region. As a result,
visibility and air quality will be affected
across the local area.

Smooth seas are noted on the protected sites
with moderate seas on the south sites. Moderate
to fairly rough seas are noted over the east to
northwest coastal sections.

HIGHER GUSTS...
