The weak ridge of the Atlantic high pressure system
will support gentle to moderate winds in the area,
with fresh to possibly strong winds in gusts. An
upper level disturbance is inducing moisture and
unstable air in the region with possible passing
to brief showers during this forecast period and
also a slight risk of an isolated thunderstorm.

Calm seas are in place on the protected sites
with tranquil to moderate seas on the south
sites. Tranquil to moderate seas are in place
over the east to northwest coastal regions.
