SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh winds in gusts are expected
during this forecast period. Winds will diminish somewhat
during the next 24 hours. Lingering moisture in the area
can induce a few widely scattered showers with also a
slight risk of thunder during the next 24 hours. A next
tropical wave will approach the Eastern Caribbean by
late Thursday into Friday, bringing additional
moisture to the region.

Smooth to moderate seas on the South and moderate on the
East to Northwest coastal sections are expected during
this forecast period.
