SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trades will persist over the
South-Central Caribbean, including the local region until
Tuesday, than remain fresh through the latter part of the
week. A Mid- to upper- level ridge is providing the Eastern
half of the Caribbean and local region with a stable and
dry airmass, inducing fair weather conditions while Saharan
Dust slightly hinders the visibility. A tropical wave, currently
near 54 West, will enter the Eastern Caribbean by early Tuesday
and cross the local region Wednesday into Thursday, enhancing
the chance of showers. Seas will remain in the 4 to 8 ft range
