Local forecast:
The strong Atlantic high pressure ridge will
rule the regional weather and continue to
produce breezy conditions. Winds are expected
to reach strong to near gale force and on
occasions gale force in gusts. Otherwise,
shallow moisture in airflow can induce some
clouds during the early morning and produce
a passing shower. However, no significant
rainfall is expected.
Moreover, a slight to moderate concentration
of Saharan Dust will linger for the next few
days, making for hazy skies.
Smooth to slight seas are noted on the protected
south sections. Slight to moderate seas are noted
on the exposed south sides. Moderate to locally
fairly rough seas are noted over the east to
northwest coastal waters.
