SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave with axis near 83W will move across
the rest of the western Caribbean through this evening. The
passage of the wave along with high pressure north of the area
will continue to support fresh to near gale force trades over the
southwest Caribbean tonight, and over the NW Caribbean today
through Sunday. Fresh to strong winds will resume over the south-
central Caribbean on Sunday evening being supported by the passage
of a new tropical wave currently across the Lesser Antilles.

WINDS : MAINLY EAST, 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH HIGHER GUSTS...

WEATHER : PARTLY CLOUDY WITH A BRIEF SHOWER POSSIBLE

VISIBILITY: 15 TO 20 KM IN SLIGHTLY HAZY CONDITIONS...

IN SHELTERED AREAS: 2 FEET OR LESS
OVER OPEN WATERS : 3 TO 5 FEET ON THE E, NE
TO NW COASTAL SECTIONS...
