Shallow moisture in the regional atmosphere
can induce a passing shower during the morning
hours. However, generally dry weather will
prevail. Otherwise, Saharan Dust will reduce
the visibility during the next few days.

Smooth to slight seas are noted on the protected
south sections. Slight to moderate seas are noted
on the exposed south sides. Moderate to locally
fairly rough seas are noted over the east to
northwest coastal waters.
